Attorney Christy L. Cauthen is a compassionate advocate for her clients who are facing criminal charges, family law issues or planning for their future by creating a will. Ms. Cauthen understands the need for excellent representation when your liberty, relationships and/ or property are at stake. 

Every person has different issues they are facing so Ms. Cauthen looks at the facts of each case and how to use those facts to her client’s benefit to get the best possible outcome for them. No outcome is guaranteed as no one can truly know how a judge or a jury will decide a case.  

Ms. Cauthen is a native of southeast Texas as she graduated from Nederland high school and was born in Port Arthur, Texas.

Our office is located inside Port Arthur Office Park at 8700 9th Avenue, Port Arthur, Texas 77642. Our office entrance is not seen on the outside of the building. You have to enter through the double doors on Port Arthur Office Park and our office is located near then end of a long hall to the right once you enter into the office building.

*Please note that you need to schedule an appointment with the attorney Ms. Cauthen and not just drop by as she may be in Court if a prior appointment has not been scheduled with her.

Our office does conflict checks before agreeing to set up any prospective client with a consultation to meet with Ms. Cauthen. The consultation fee must be paid in full before the consultation takes place.
